The largest city in the state of Nebraska, Omaha warehouse is a center of industry and innovation. Located on the Missouri River, it was given the nickname of “Gateway to the West” due to its important role as a national transportation hub. Known as the “Silicon Prairie,” the city attracts large tech corporations looking to expand into Midwest markets. Its cheaper rents and central location make it an attractive option for these businesses. The city recently released a new master plan that will divide downtown into different districts, including the North and South Riverfront, Joslyn District, Old Market District, and the Entertainment District.
